A small and timid cat named Koji lives in the home where the studio space is located. Koji rarely hangs out in the massage studio space.

Payment options?

E-transfer or exact cash preferred. Credit card payments accepted through the online booking system only.

Do you do direct billing to insurance providers?

No. A detailed receipt will be provided after the appointment for you to submit to your extended health benefits plan. Services provided by Katrina can only be claimed as Massage Therapy.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Not at this time.

Should I tip?

I do not accept tips. If you enjoyed your treatment please refer me to a friend or family member!

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If you must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment start time, the full cost of the treatment will be charged to the credit card on file.

Refusal of services

My home practice is a safe space for you and me. I reserve the right to refuse and end treatment at any time as result of disrespectful comments, illness or infectious disease, romantic and sexual advances.
